Dill Pickles

So I canned my first batch of dill pickles this weekend and everything went very well. The cucumbers were grown organically in my garden as was the dill. Hopefully more cucumbers come in and I can make another run.Homade Dill Pickles

Garden Update

So my garden and apple trees are coming along nicely and should provide some great produce to preserve.

My pickling cucumbers are flourishing and filling up the cage they have to climb.

Tomatoes are starting to grow and will be ripe soon.

I will have no shortage of dill for when I make pickles later this summer.
